Refund policy

We operate a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exceptions or Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (like beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you as soon as we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If your refund is approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.

Return and Refund Policy

For online sales of goods, the consumer generally has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the product.

For Maison Élyséa, I recommend allowing:

Return period: 14 days

The product must be returned in its original condition, suitable for resale, with all accessories and packaging, subject to applicable regulations.

Regarding return shipping costs, it must be clearly specified whether they are the responsibility of the customer or Maison Élyséa.

For a refund under the right of withdrawal, the seller must generally issue a refund within 14 days of receiving notification of the withdrawal. However, for the sale of goods, the seller may defer the refund until the goods are returned or proof of shipment is provided.

It is also important to distinguish between a withdrawal and a defective/non-conforming product: the legal guarantee of conformity applies for two years to the goods in question.
